SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to application of solid material, including at least organosilane and carrier material, for hydrophobilisation of construction mortars, in which organosilane has formula R₁Si(OR')₃ or R₁R₂Si(OR')₂, in which R₁ and R₂ are similar or different and represent linear or branched C₁-C₄-alkyl and/or alkenyl group, OR' represents acetoxy- C₁-C₄-alkoxy- and/or C₂-C₆-methoxyalkoxy- and/or ethoxyalkoxy-group, and carrier material is solid at room temperature. Amount of cement in final formula equals zero or is less than 5 wt % counted per the total weight of final formula in dry and non-solidified form. Also claimed are: powder, including silane and carrier, with carrier representing water-soluble polymer, dry formulas of construction mortar, which do not contain or contain less than 5 wt % of cement counted per dry weight of non-solidified formula of construction mortar, as well as methods of obtaining formulas and/or compounds. Invention is developed in dependent items of the invention formula.

EFFECT: obtaining material, stable in storage, which has higher hydrophobicity.
