SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gypsum-containing construction mixtures and use thereof. Gypsum-containing mixes, containing gypsum, one or more polymers, optionally one or more aggregates and optionally one or more additives, characterised by that they contain one or more cements and metakaolin, and weight ratio between cement and metakaolin ranges from 1:3 to 3:1, and one or more polymers selected from a group comprising homopolymers of vinyl esters, copolymers of vinyl esters, containing one or more vinyl ester links and one or more monomer links from a group, including olefins, vinyl aromatic compounds, vinyl halides, acrylates, methacrylates, mono- or diesters of fumaric acid and/or maleic acid or comonomers with silicon functional groups, homopolymers of halogenated vinyl compounds, and copolymers containing halogenated vinyl links and one or more monomer links from a group, including vinyl esters, olefins, methacrylates and acrylates.
EFFECT: technical result is higher water resistance, strength, wear resistance, resistance during storage under alternate freezing and thawing.
