SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports, a rotor with blades and rotary drive, a vibrator made with a casing and rigidly fixed in the middle of the mixing chamber, with a vibration generation drive from a crank mechanism. The vibrator casing is made as a metal corrugated shell being a corrugated thin-walled body of rotation which in the vertical plane of its section forms a complex truncated geometric figure by corrugation peaks points, inside the said figure in the centre in the horizontal plane a disk with a guide post and a spring is rigidly fixed, the said spring is set in a cup, a rod is rigidly fixed to the centre of the top inner part of the disk and a pusher - to the centre of the top outer part of it.

EFFECT: prevention of dead zone formation in a mixing chamber and intensified mixing of components.
