FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chair for chair lift. Chair lift chair (1) has seat (14) with seat surface (6) and guard rail 8 extending across and above said seats (14) to inclined from open position to closed position. Between the seat surfaces (6), separative elements (11) are located which rise over the seat surfaces (6). Due to separative elements (11) a passenger feels at once when he (she) is in transition area between a seat (14) and neighbouring seat (14). Then he (she) can correct his (her) position at once before the guard rail (8) is inclined into its closed position. The invention also relates to chair lift with such chairs.
EFFECT: improved passenger safety, elimination of danger that passenger's feet are pressed by carrying tube of footboard.
