SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used to provide intake of a liquid from a bag or addition of a substance to the liquid contained in the bag. A device (100) for puncturing an element of access to the bag contains a snap clasp (10) for attaching the puncture device (100) to the bag and a bag section (20), made in such a way that it can be introduced through the bag access element to the bag. The said section (20) contains a section (21) of the bag puncture and a section (22) of supply to the bag/taking from the bag, with a rupture point (23) being located between the detachable section (21) of the bag puncture and the section (22) of supply to the bag/taking from the bag. The group of inventions also relates to the bag with the access element and the said puncture device (100), as well as to the method of taking the liquid from the bag or addition of the substance from the container to the liquid in the bag by means of the puncture device (100). The method includes separation of the section (21) from the section (22) by twisting after fixation of the puncture device (100) on the bag and introduction of the section (20) into the bag.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures introduction of the puncture device into the bag without leakage of the liquid from the bag.
