SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology for cell cultivation, in particular, to equipment used in the process of cell cultivation, namely, to an assembly unit of a bioreactor bag, a bioreactor system including a rocker and a bioreactor bag and to a method for using a bioreactor system. The assembly unit of the bioreactor bag contains a bioreactor bag having an upper surface containing a set of ports and a lower surface. The set of ports consists of a feed port, a sample collection port, and a perfusion port, a gas inlet port and a gas outlet port, a perfusion filter connected via fluid to the perfusion port and a waste bag connected via fluid to the perfusion port of the bioreactor bag. The bioreactor system includes the bioreactor rocker and the bioreactor bag rest on the bioreactor rocker. The method for using the bioreactor system includes providing the bioreactor bag with the assembly unit of the bioreactor bag; supplying cell media to the bioreactor bag through the feed port; supplying cells to the bioreactor bag through the feed port; cultivating cells in the bioreactor bag using the excitation provided by the bioreactor rocker; transferring waste filtrate through the perfusion port to the waste bag; and collecting cultivated cells.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the achievement of a technical result consisting in improving the ease of operation and quality of the resulting product by reducing the risk of contamination and/or loss of the product while minimizing the connections to ensure compatibility with various designs of bioreactor rockers.
