FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to low-intensity laser radiation method during photodynamic therapy with a photosensitiser Fotoran E6 of a grafted connective-tissue tumor of sarcoma M-1 of rats, positive in a mutant p53 gene. Method involves administering a photosensitiser Fotoran E6 in dose of 5 mg/kg, wherein 2.5–3 hours after the photosensitiser is introduced, low-intensity irradiation with a laser is performed with the following parameters: energy density is 50 J/cm2 and power density is 0.025 W/cm2, exposure time is 33.5 minutes.
EFFECT: conducting photodynamic therapy in optimal terms after administering the photosensitiser with low-intensity laser exposure with these parameters enables complete regression of tumor nodes and stimulate tissue regeneration and healing.
