FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: unit comprises, located along the packaging path, at least one first sterilising and heating unit for the first thermoformed tape, a forming unit to create on the first tape at least one compartment for receiving products, a feeding unit for supplying products to the compartment, and the second sterilising and feeding unit for feeding a second closing tape to the first tape, a welding unit for bonding the tapes and closing the product in the receiving compartment, a cutting unit for cutting the tapes and creating at least one sterile container, a continuous sterile air duct extending along the packing path and made for holding the sterile gas. And the air duct is common for the units and at least partially bounded with the tapes, each unit forms a part of the respective working module, which is independent from other modules and releasably connected to adjacent modules. Each module comprises a respective supporting frame which is independent from the supporting frames of the other modules and is mounted along the adjacent supporting frame. The frames support the corresponding operating means made with the ability to perform a specific function of the corresponding module. Some of the frames support the respective half-shells connected to adjacent half-shells by the releasable seals. Each shell forms the respective part of the continuous sterile air duct and each frame supports the respective flat support surface, which differs from the support surface formed by other frames. At that the support surfaces form the individual segments of the guide of sliding for the first tape.

EFFECT: invention provides a design simplification and the cost reduction.
