SUBSTANCE: device for packing groups (2) of containers (3) for liquids in a bundle is described. The device comprises at least one pair of units (101-102, 103-104, 105-106) of wrapping of groups of containers. Each unit comprises the means (700) for wrapping of stretchable film (4) around the group of containers, and also the manipulating means (400) for supplying and discharging the groups of containers to the unit of wrapping/from it, at least one line (200) of supplying containers, and at least one line (300) of discharging the bundles. Preferably, the lines for supplying and discharging are used jointly for different units of wrapping. In addition, a method of packing of containers in the bundles is described.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of the device.
