SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry and can be used in the transportation of products. The separation system for separating the stand (3) and the product (P) placed on this stand (3) contains transport means (2) adapted to receive the product (P) placed on its stand (3). The product is transported in the direction (PT) of transportation. The transport means (2) contain two support elements (2.1) separated from each other at least at one point by a width less than the width of the product (P) relative to the direction (PT) of transport, and greater than the width of its stand (3) relative to the direction (PT) of transport. The product (P) is supported and transported on support elements (2.1) of the transport means (2). The stand (3) is separated from the product (P) at the specified point.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will increase reliability of product transportation.
