FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, with regard to designing devices for exposure on biologically active points (BAPs). A laser acupuncture device comprises a body with the power supply source and an emitter control circuit. A tip with an emitter holder is attached to the output of the emitter control circuit. The emitter is presented by a diffused laser mounted in the emitter holder and provided with a subsidiary optical resonant cavity in the form of a shaped laser acupuncture head wherein two thirds of its length makes a hexagonal prism, while the rest portion of the length is a hexagonal pyramid. An emitting zone of the laser is found in an optical channel inside the hexagonal prism close to a base of the hexagonal pyramid. Surfaces of the optical resonant cavity and optical channel are highly polished. The invention enables providing the coherent single-mode emission and optimising the laser light transmission onto the BAPs in the form of an electromagnetic wave front of the solid hexagon.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficacy of the reflex therapy method and states the disinfection simplicity.
