FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves making puncture or draining cavern cavity, removing pus. The internal wall of the cavern is exposed to ultraviolet laser radiation with wavelength belonging to 220-290 nm bandwidth corresponding to maximum mycobacteria damage peak. Then drugs are introduced into the cavern cavity. The device has ultraviolet laser. The laser has low voltage power supply source, emitter having solid body laser microchip on neodymium-containing crystals, excitation system having semiconductor laser diode as base, thermostabilizing system. The laser also has nonlinear crystal-based ultraviolet converter of laser radiation connected to the emitter and control system. The laser is connected to transportation system provided with puncture needle. EFFECT: high bactericide effectiveness. 2 cl, 6 dwg
