FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to touch-screen displays. System comprises multiple touch-reading circuit modules configured to perform interpolation between multiple adjacent electrodes read simultaneously by touch and to output corresponding interpolated touch-reading data with a resolution greater than for the interval between said electrodes, wherein row and column electrodes have a discontinuity for dividing the electrode into parts, one of said parts having an electrical connection on one side of the display screen, and the other part having an electrical connection on the opposite side of the screen.
EFFECT: high effective reading resolution.
