SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods, systems and computer-readable media for managing a shared service delivered to subscribers. The method comprises steps of obtaining a monetary obligation limit which indicates available funds; determining if a first monetary obligation sum incurred by a first subscriber when providing a service to the first subscriber exceeds a first balance which indicates a first part of the available funds which can be spent by the first subscriber; determining if the second monetary obligation sum incurred by a second subscriber when providing a service to a second subscriber exceeds a second balance which indicates a second part of the available funds which can be spent by the second subscriber; outputting, to the device, a first transmission to influence provision of the service to the first subscriber if the first monetary obligation sum exceeds the first balance; outputting, to the device, a second transmission to influence provision of the service to the second subscriber if the second monetary obligation sum exceeds the second balance; maintaining a subtotal, which includes a sum of the first monetary obligation sum and the second monetary obligation sum; determining if the subtotal exceeds the monetary obligation limit and reducing the subtotal without changing the first monetary obligation sum or the second monetary obligation sum.
