FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: ash collector contains the coaxially installed vertical body and gas outlet pipe, a tangential nozzle tube for flue gases and a regulator for regulating parameters at the input to the gas outlet pipe. The upper part of the body is made cylindrical while the lower converging part is equipped with a bladed vortex and the means for collection and removal of the separated material. The regulator contains a core made as a hollow body shaped as the solid of rotation capable of reciprocal movement coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the vertical body in regards to the lower edge of the gas outlet pipe made so that a layer boundary to the vertical body wall flowing at it can be discharged. The upper part of the external surface of the body is equipped with the first collector capable of water film forming along the perimeter of its inner surface and coupled to the water source. Below the above collector at external surface of the body there is the second collector coupled to the water source. The tangential nozzle tube for flue gases is divided into at least two channels. The nozzles are placed in each of them. Each nozzle is communicated with the second collector.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of gas scrubbing.
