FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has an inlet branch pipe, a housing, an outlet branch pipe, a settling chamber. The settling chamber is provided with a partition immersed in the chamber. The lower part of the partition has longitudinal slots with constant pitch. An inlet gas duct of the device is provided with water sprinkler in form of a manifold with injectors. Water is fed into the manifold under pressure through a pipeline from a screw pump connected with water collecting tank, supplied from overflow slot of the settling chamber with adjustable gate through a drain branch pipe. In the lower part of the chamber, there is a heat-exchange apparatus in the form of a tubular coil, and the device is provided with a moisture separator with a tangential inlet. Each injector has a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The housing is provided with a channel for liquid supply and contains coaxial bushing rigidly attached thereto with the nozzle fixed in its lower part, and made as a cylindrical two-stage bushing, which upper cylindrical stage is connected by means of a threaded joint with a central core coaxial thereto and having a central hole and installed with annular gap relative to inner surface of cylindrical bushing. The annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage bushing and connecting thereof with annular cavity formed by the inner surface of the bushing and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage. The annular cavity is connected to body channel for liquid supply. The sprayer is rigidly fixed to the central core in its lower part, and made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the central core cylinder. A splitter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes, and made in the form of end round plate which edges are bent towards the annular gap. There are helical grooves provided on the outer side surface of the truncated cone. A throttle hole is made in splitter axisymmetrically to the central hole of the central core. An outer diffuser is coaxially secured to the bushing rigidly coupled with the housing, and attached in its lower part. An inner perforated diffuser is coaxially secured to lower base of the sprayer truncated cone so that outlet sections of outer and inner diffusers lie in same plane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of resource saving and cleaning of flue gases due to increased spraying surface and vortex nozzle use.
