SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to methods of genetic and selective research. The invention is a method for assessing the implementation of the elementary double diploid genomes in polyploid polygenome wheats, comprising growing under the same conditions of polyploid wheats and small-habitus diploid mutant, analysis of their quantitative features and the subsequent comparison of the results of the analysis, on which the implementation of the diploid genome is assessed. At that as the phenomegenomic marker for determining the contribution of the elementary diploid genome in the feature of polyploid wheats the small-habitus diploid form obtained from T.aestivum L. AABBDD and phenotypically identical to it is used.
EFFECT: invention enables to simplify the assessment of the implementation of the elementary double diploid genomes in polyploid polygenome wheats.
