SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile telephones integrated with diagnostic and therapy means. The mobile telephone with treatment and diagnostic functions, having, in a single device, a telephone communication means, means for rapid diagnosis of biological parameters of a user and means for physiotherapeutic self-action of the user, further includes a data medium for creating and storing the medical record of the user, as well as means of notifying on an approaching date of procedures, taking medicine or food. The housing of the mobile telephone has a conical protrusion which houses mini-blocks of the means for physiotherapeutic self-action of the user, including devices for laser therapy, electrical nerve stimulation, magnetic and light colour action, as well as sensors for rapid diagnosis of biological parameters of the user, including sensors for body temperature, arterial blood pressure, pulse measurement and bioelectrography, which are made on the back panel of the housing in form of a sensing element which is activated by the index finger of the user.
