To do this, the call of the subscriber is intercepted, received by the call receiving means, the parameters of the intercepted call are determined, and the presence of a connection between the intercepted call and the call from the list of prohibited numbers is determined by comparing the parameters of the intercepted call with the parameters of the call from the list of prohibited numbers. If a connection between the intercepted call and a call from the barred numbers list is determined, the interception of the intercepted call is blocked, the calling party of the intercepted call is identified, the identified calling party is requested to authenticate the intercepted call, and the intercepted call is aborted in case of unsuccessful authentication. Wherein the list of prohibited numbers is a list of numbers to which the number of the subscriber making the malicious call can be changed and placed by the calling party in the identification system.
