FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: snow mobile contains frame with supporting surfaces made as steering ski and supporting ski. On the frame following components are located: seat and controls, mechanical drive of snow mobile including engine with chain transmission containing driving and driven sprockets, propulsor for transformation and transmission of physical force from driver of the said snow mobile to propulsor elements interacting with supporting surface and actuating the said snow mobile. Propulsor is made as two ski each one of which is located on one side of snow mobile frame and installed on at least two L-shaped brackets at each side. Each bracket is made capable of radial rotation and installed by its long end on shaft where chain transmission sprocket is installed. The said brackets at each side are located diametrically opposite to similar brackets at the other side. Shaft with sprocket is located on frame. The second end of each bracket interacts with mating place of corresponding ski installed with possibility to perform flat-parallel motion in the plane parallel to vertical plane of snow mobile. Sprockets of chain transmission installed on shafts of brackets are interconnected by chain transmission. Gear ratio of the said transmission is equal to one, herewith, rotating shaft of one of the brackets is connected with driving sprocket of chain transmission installed on engine shaft.
