FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in maintenance of interaction of propulsor elements with bearing surface. Snow mobile propulsor is composed of two skis. Dents are made at ski running surface to make skis run in one direction. Every ski is arranged on ice mobile frame one side and at two L-like brackets on both sides. Every bracket can rotate radially and is fitted by its long end on the shaft whereat chain drive sprocket is fitted. Said brackets are arranged diametrically opposite similar brackets on opposite side. Shaft with sprocket is arranged at the frame, while opposite end of every bracket is connected with mating point of appropriate ski fitted to make in-planet parallel motion parallel with ice mobile vertical plane. Ice mobile comprises frame with bearing surfaces composed by steering ski and bearing skis. Frame supports seat and controls, mechanical drive including engine with chain gearing and propulsor to convert and to transmit driver's physical force to propulsor elements interacting with bearing surface and driving said snow mobile.
EFFECT: simplified design, better slip.
