FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to snow mobiles. Proposed method consists in maintenance of interaction of propulsor elements with bearing surface. Propulsor is composed of at least three skis, one central ski located, primarily, at snowmobile frame lengthwise axis centre and two lateral skis, each be arranged on one side of said frame. All said skis can perform in-plane parallel motion in vertical plane at two U-like supports fitted at snowmobile frame. Ski seats are arranged at diametrically opposite ends of said supports. In driving, said U-like supports are revolved by engine and chain transmission. Ice mobile comprises frame with bearing surfaces composed by steering ski and bearing skis. Frame supports seat and controls, mechanical drive including engine with chain gearing and propulsor to convert and to transmit driver's physical force to propulsor elements interacting with bearing surface and driving said snow mobile.
EFFECT: simplified design, better slip.
