FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to applied physics, specifically to apparatus for monitoring process parameters, and can be used to monitor (determine) dryness, enthalpy, thermal and mass flow of wet steam in steam pipes at atomic power stations, thermal power stations and steam supply lines. The apparatus includes a steam pipe, a probe placed in the steam pipe, with a dynamic pressure pipe and a dynamic evacuation pipe. The apparatus also includes a static pressure converter, a differential pressure converter and a controller which is connected to outputs of the converters. The apparatus also includes a static pressure pipe placed in the probe, with a static pressure tap lying in the area of the dynamic pressure pipe and dynamic evacuation pipe taps, and a second differential converter. Outlets of the dynamic pressure pipe and static pressure pipe are connected to inputs of the differential pressure converter, and outlets of the static pressure pipe and dynamic evacuation pipe are connected to inputs of the second differential pressure converter. Furthermore, the outlet of the static pressure pipe is connected to the input of the static pressure converter. Using signals from the converters, the controller calculates dryness, enthalpy, thermal and mass flow of the controlled stream of steam.
EFFECT: designing a monitoring apparatus with standardised accuracy of values of dryness, enthalpy, thermal and mass flow of wet steam in steam pipes of medium and large cross-section.
