FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in analysing an urine sample after urine reaction with 10% aqueous calcium chloride by a photometric method in a microplate reader at a wave length of 620 nm and measuring a crystal-forming ability of urine by formula: "Соп"-(Dn-Dn-1)·13.4/(D4-D3), wherein D4 is an optical density of the standard solution of sodium oxalate 13.4 g/l with 10% calcium chloride, D3 is an optical density of the standard solution of sodium oxalate 13.4 g/l distilled water, Dn is an optical density of a test sample of a patient No. X with 10% calcium chloride, Dn-1 is an optical density of the test sample with distilled water, 13.4 g/l is the concentration of the standard solution of sodium oxalate. If the crystal-forming ability of urine is more than 6.0 g/l, a specific child is referred to a risk group of developing dysmetabolic nephropathy.
EFFECT: early detection of dysmetabolic nephropathy in children of 3-7 years old.
