FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrogen power engineering. Proposed method comprises application of palladium ply or that of its alloy on the surface of membrane based on 5th group of metals. Prior to application of palladium or its alloy said membrane is recrystallised by heating in vacuum or inert gas to temperature equal to 0.8-0.9 of membrane material fusion point.
EFFECT: higher thermal stability, constant rate of hydrogen transmission by membrane.
