FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology. The safety valve protection system is made of two bodies, while the first body is fixed through a gasket on the outer side of the body of the underwater vehicle and a power drive in the form of a spring and two parallel bellows are installed in it, while the effective area of the inner bellows is equal to the sealing area of the shutoff valve, and the bellows cavity is filled with a filler to reduce volume. The second body is mounted inside the body of the underwater vehicle and has a seat and a shut-off valve connected by a flexible rod with a power drive, while the cavity above the control valve is connected by a cryogenic pipeline with a gas cushion of a cryogenic tank and filled with thermal insulation, and the cavity after the shut-off valve is connected by a pipeline with a reverse valve additionally installed on the outer side of the underwater vehicle body. The body and the pipeline are surrounded by a casing for the coolant, and the pulse valve is also made in the form of two bodies which are fixed on the outer side of the underwater vehicle body. The first body contains a saddle and a valve for supplying a working medium, a saddle and a valve for dumping a working medium, connected to the bellows cavity power drive. In addition, an ordering device is made in the body from the side of the seat and the valve for dumping the working medium, consisting of a cylindrical chamber, bellows and a rod interacting with the piston. The cavity between the cylindrical chamber and the bellows is connected through a nozzle to a pipeline for withdrawing the working medium from the cavity after the valve for dumping the working medium into a container installed inside the body of the underwater vehicle, while the container is equipped with a level gauge and communicated with the atmosphere of the body of the underwater vehicle. A saddle and a valve for filling the working medium through a pipeline into the cavity between the cylindrical chamber and the bellows of the ordering device are installed in the second body.
EFFECT: creation of a system for the protection of cryogenic tanks and reservoirs located inside the underwater vehicle that is reliable, safe in operation and easy to repair.
