SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vertical centrifugal pumps. Pump comprises a rotor with a shaft and at least one closed-type impeller, a suction housing, a flow part, a delivery housing, bearings, seals, screw installed in front of the first impeller, guiding device, which removes liquid from impeller and quick-release connections. Pump is equipped with a heat exchanger, and the pressure housing is equipped with a pressure cavity. Pumped liquid is separated from rolling or sliding bearings by lower single end seal. Discharge cavity, in which the bearings are located, is filled with a barrier liquid supplied from the cooling system of the end seal, and is sealed by the upper single end seal. End seals form a double end seal configuration. Barrier fluid is circulated by a threaded sleeve fitted on the shaft. Heat exchanger is used to cool the barrier fluid and a thermal barrier is installed.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at improving pump reliability and safety when pumping aggressive liquids.
