FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of continuous mixing of fibres with binder at production of fibrous boards with the help of continuous mixer including at least one mixing chamber and one or several mixing tools fitted on rotary mixing shaft. Note here that said mixing tools mix the fibres and displace them via mixer in direction of feed. It differs from known processes in that mixing shaft rpm (n) and mixing chamber diameter (d) comply in case when the rated centrifugal acceleration of fibres at the mixer inner wall section makes 10000 to 30000 rev/sec2.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
