SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely industrial production technology of broiler meat. Incubation of embryo eggs is carried out in two cycles. In the first cycle from the 1^st to 18^th day the embryo eggs are kept in the incubator hatchers. In the second cycle from the 18^th to 21^st day the embryo eggs and broiler chickens in growing are subjected to five-minute ozonation followed by low-intensity exposure to laser beam through the amino acid methionine, glycine and complex of water-soluble vitamins comprising: retinol palmitate, vitamin A - 1.817 mg, 3300 ME; α-tocopherol acetate, vitamin E - 10.00 mg; thiamine hydrochloride, vitamin B₁, - 2.00 mg; riboflavin, vitamin B₂ - 2.00 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B₆ - 3.00 mg; ascorbic acid, vitamin C - 75.00 mg; nicotinamide, vitamin PP - 20.00 mg; folic acid, vitamin B₉ - 0.07 mg; rutoside, vitamin P - 10.00 mg; calcium pantothenate, vitamin B₅ - 3.00 mg; cyanocobalamin, vitamin B₁₂ - 2.00 mcg. At that the low-intensity exposure to laser beam on broiler chickens is carried out in the chest area.

EFFECT: reduction in bird bodies of the content of toxic substances, gases, metabolic products and their decay, increased live weight of broiler chickens in the shortest time is provided.
