SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqueous dispersion paint materials for protecting concrete from corrosion and an aqueous dispersion paint composition. The composition contains a water-base polymeric vinyl acetate-acrylate dispersion, a surfactant, an antifoaming agent - white spirit, a coalescent additive - monoethylene glycol, filler materials, kaolin subjected to ultrasonic treatment, a pigment - rutile titanium dioxide, a thickener - sulfocell, a dispersant - aqueous solution of an ammonium salt of an acrylic copolymer and water.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce an aqueous dispersion protective composition for coating concrete and metal surfaces with improved protective properties, high water-resistance and resistance to acids and sodium chloride and high adhesion to painted surfaces.
