SUBSTANCE: device includes housing 1 and piece of rope 2, one end 3 of which is passive, and the second free end 4 having bevel 5 to simplify its passage through inlet 6 and outlet 7 holes of the housing and pass channel 8 located between them with formation of a hinge is fixed in it at closing by means of locking mechanism 9 arranged in the housing; free end 4 of the rope piece with a small bevel is equipped with tip 10 that is made in the form of metal or plastic rod 10.1 with head 10.2, which is rigidly attached to end face 11 of the free end of the rope piece; with that, diameter of the tip head is less than the rope piece diameter. In the above example, tip 10 can be used as a device pointing at the unauthorised opening of the device. For that purpose, it is introduced to independent module 14 having fastener 12 with spring-elastic petals 12.1.

EFFECT: economy of material and readiness for use of control of unauthorised opening of the device.
