FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing 1 and piece of rope 2, one end of which is passive 3, and the second is a free end 4 provided with tip 5 designed in the form of cap made of thin-walled material, fixed by compression of the rope piece on it at the same level with the external surface to facilitate its passing through the inlet 6 and outlet 7 openings of the housing and passageway 8 located between them, it is fixed in it with formation of loop at locking by means of locking mechanism 9, disposed in the housing. Tip 5 on the lateral surface is equipped with the locking element according to the invention: either two symmetrically positioned transverse grooves 10, or longitudinal grooves-windows 10.3, or neck 10.2, designed on its front part preferably out of its compression zone at the free end of the rope piece. During formation of feedback loop after closing the LFD, tip 5 of free piece of the rope is introduced into the self-contained module 14, having locking device 12 with spring petals, tip 5 spreads them apart, and they sink in the elements to be fixed 10 (10.2, 10.3). Now, the intruder has to release the tip at first for unauthorized opening of the device, i.e. remove (take out) it from the locking device 12. In this case two options are possible: either tip is destroyed, or comes off from the piece of rope if the force of its compression on it doesn't exceed 1000 N.
