SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composite for use in medicine, dentistry and surgery, including bone grafting, which contains a bearing part, a porous part and at least two connecting parts lying at a distance from each other and stretching from the bearing part to the porous part, thereby connecting said parts. Each connecting part is made of a polymer, a filled polymer or a composite containing a polymer matrix material, filling materials and a reinforcing material, and is made in form of a belt having a length, a width and a height, wherein the width and the height are independently not more than 20% of the length and at least one of the connecting parts at least partially inserted into the bearing and porous parts.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce graft material which is both mechanically strong and safe for magnetic imaging.
