SUBSTANCE: invention relates to using implant for replacement of bone, comprising at least two layers made of fibres, and bioactive material selected from bioactive glass, hydroxyapatite, and tricalcium phosphate, and their mixtures in form of particles, which is located between at least two said layers, wherein at least one of layers is formed mainly by grid made of 3-100 mcm diameter glass fibre, and size of grid is selected so that bioactive material remains within implant; layers therein are embedded into matrix made from resin selected from substituted and non-substituted dimethyl methacrylates and methacrylates, and layers are attached to each other along contour of implant.
EFFECT: invention provides improved bone fusion.
