FIELD: manufacturing of bone implants.

SUBSTANCE: method for growing crystals of calcium carbonate and hydroxyapatite on carbon nanostructured implants involves preliminary immersion of the implant in acetone for 10 minutes, followed by drying. Then the implant is immersed in a 1 M solution of calcium nitrate and a 1 M solution of sodium bicarbonate is added so that the molar ratio of these salts is 1:2. After that, the implant is alternately treated in a 0.06 M solution of ammonium hydrogen phosphate, maintaining an alkaline pH value, and a 0.1 M solution of calcium nitrate. The phosphate and calcium solutions are changed three times in alternation every 3 days. The treated samples are washed with distilled water and dried in air.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the bioactivity of implants by saturating the matrix pores with calcium compounds.
