SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, potatoes cutting and blanching, carrots blanching and cutting, calamary fillet and brined cucumbers cutting, lettuce and green onions cutting and freezing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with fermented cabbages, salt and black hot pepper, sour cream and mayonnaise mixing, the produced mixtures packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
