SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and cut. Potatoes, bulb onions, cucumbers and carrots are cut and blanched. Dill greens are cut and frozen. Calamari fillet is cut. Fresh green peas are frozen. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with salt and black hot pepper. Obtained mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
