SUBSTANCE: support of manipulator boom by its bottom plate is mounted on supporting-rotary device, and full revolving platform is made flat-topped with incorporation by its inner cavity the support near manipulator boom and pivotally suspended on manipulator boom support by means of plane-parallel mechanism at least two links 9 of which are pivotally connected by pulling rods with two backends of lower end of manipulator boom so that full revolving platform on links of plane-parallel mechanism could rock asynchronous to boom rotation in longitudinal plane of manipulator machine.
EFFECT: improvement of manipulator machine dynamic balancing and reducing mass of its full revolving platform, enhancement of suggested basic module installed on mounting spot via supporting-rotary device for functional completing multi-activity machine with different manipulating equipment and executive devices for different types of operations.
