SUBSTANCE: device contains a case (1) with a central channel (2), made in the form of a blind hole, located in the case (1) means for control of a liquid flow, which contains, at least, three elements, an outflow element (3), made with a possibility of its rotary and axial travel. Means for restriction of the axial travel (7) of the outflow element (3) relative to the case (1) is located in the central channel (2). The device is made with a possibility of the outflow element (3) travel along the central channel (2) axis, without losing contact in all working positions with the lower sealing element (19) of means of the liquid flow control. The central channel (2) and the outflow element (3) are made with a variable cross section, increasing to their upper part (5).

EFFECT: increased reliability of construction and improvement of exploitation characteristics of the device for the liquid supply.
