SUBSTANCE: on the background of therapy aimed at maintaining vital functions of the body, physiotherapy is additionally performed. Exposure is provided by broadband infrared radiation with a wavelength range of 1-56 mcm, modulated terahertz radiation with a wavelength of 0.086-7.5 mcm using the "IR-Dipole" apparatus. The maximum radiation power is 30 mW at the base of the radiator with an area of 79 cm². Radiation intensity density is 2.4 mW/cm². Exposure time is 22.5 minutes. Exposure is provided when the radiator is positioned at a distance of 5 cm from the skin surface to the area of the chest skin surface, the epicenter of which is the representative acupuncture point Da-bao (RP21) with a higher temperature. The point on the right or on the left is selected by electron thermometry.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of treatment, reduced radiographic and pharmacological burden on the patient, reduced duration of treatment in the intensive care unit.
