FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: accounting record identified by a surname and a name of a human operator being tested, and completed with data: sex, year of birth, date and time of measurement, vital capacity, body weight, height, as well as duration of professional duties. Electrocardiograms are recorded in the standard environment; the heart rate is measured; an electrical axis angle, inhalation, exhalation and pause time lengths are varied by the calculated electrical axis angles. That is followed by detecting RR intervals in respiratory cycle elements, and using a synchronously recorded electrocardiograms in the period of the respiratory cycle pause, time parameters of RR, PQ, QT intervals, amplitude-time parameters of PQ, ST segments, QRS complex, P, Q, R, S, T, (U) deflections, a deflection area, a gain and reduction rate are measured. The obtained results are inserted into a data array. Measurement and calculation error restrictions, pre-calculated individual regions of the maximum admissible physiological individual characteristics are stored in the data array. The calculated and measured physiological individual characteristics of the human operator are considered to be initial and characterising the initial physiological state of the cardiovascular system of the human operator. The set of measurements, calculations and insertion of the physiological individual characteristics into the data array through time intervals is repeated at least twice. That is followed by calculating a time for achieving each single physiological individual characteristics of a boundary of the admissible values. The obtained information is analysed; the physiological state of the human operator is determined; a residual resource of the cardiovascular system of the human operator is calculated.
EFFECT: method enables operative and objective, reliable mass survey of the physiological state in people involved in managing complex engineering systems, organising the individual planning of personnel health control, providing the bases for making decisions for further fulfilment of professional duties.
