SUBSTANCE: device comprises a remotely controlled plug mounted on the muzzle. The plug is made of one or more parts, each of which is pivotally mounted in the housing and in an open position is withdrawn from the zone of action of the powder gases during firing. To exclude triggering the shell fuse when firing in an emergency situation with a closed plug, in each part of the plug there is easily removable liner, on which sampling is made, closed by the sealing gasket of heat-resistant material.

EFFECT: increased combat effectiveness of the tank by preventing the complete failure of its ammunition due to the ingress of dust and dirt in the bore.
