FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coat application by electrostatic rotary spraying. Proposed electrode system comprises connection zone (111) for fastening of the device (101) to secure electrode at sprayer case element (113). Said connection zone (111) comprises labyrinth for discharge current to elongate the discharge current section. Said element (113) for securing of electrode system and sprayer case have at least one discharge current labyrinth to elongate discharge current section. Insulating sleeve can comprise labyrinth for discharge current to elongate the discharge current section. Lacquer application robot incorporates said electrostatic sprayer.
EFFECT: minimised or ruled out parasitic discharges, higher charging, smaller sizes, access to hard-to-access body inner parts.
