SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to medical diagnostics, and deals with a calibrator for the synchronous analysis of proteins, capable of complexation with each other. For this purpose applied is a composition, which includes two proteins, in which one or more amino acids or one or more non-amino acid groups of one and/or two proteins are deleted, modified or replaced with other non-amino acid group or groups. This eliminates the mutual binding of proteins. After that, a contact of the composition with an immobilised receptor, specific for protein to be determined, is realised, and the level of the marked receptor binding presence and the quantity of protein in the composition is determined.
EFFECT: obtaining the calibrator for the synchronous analysis of proteins, capable of complexation with each other.
