FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to recombinant protein for producing neutralizing antibodies against one or several growth factors. An artificially constructed protein molecule, according to the present invention, includes several fragments interconnected by a short peptide linker, selected from immunogen peptide and neutralizing domain of one or more human growth factors, which are mediators of cell proliferation in different cancer types.
EFFECT: invention can be used in the production of vaccines for immunotherapy of tumor diseases.
