FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: process is intended for oil transfer, including highly paraffinic oil, ay low temperatures and can be used for prevention of oil freezing in large-diameter oil line at low rate transfer. Method comprises consecutive transfer of oil, first, in forward direction and, then, in reverse direction at oil heating at oil transfer stations. Oil in transferred in forward direction in volume (V0+V) and in reverse direction in volume V, where V0 is oil volume to be transferred in forward direction, V is reverse oil volume required for oil line section heating and making 1/2 to 2/3 pipeline section volume.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of oil efficiency at low-rate transfer.
