SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport and storage of oil, in particular, oil heating at oil transfer station (hereafter referred to as OTS) with tanks for storing oil (tank battery). According to the invention, after stopping the pumping, the oil contained in the tank battery of the shutdown oil transfer station is circulated through the oil heating point. Heating oil is performed during its circulation.
EFFECT: reduction of the required capacity of the oil heating point of the oil transfer station.
