FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises at least two pipelines intended for transportation of oil flow and one pipeline intended for a mixed flow, a mixed flow quality measurement unit, a sour crude oil flow parameter measurement unit, a sour crude oil flow rate measurer and a mixed flow rate measurer, a calculating unit to record amounts of sour crude oil and the total amount of the mixed flow, a flow regulating device. Outputs of the sour crude oil flow parameter measurement unit, the mixed flow quality measurement unit, the sour crude oil flow rate measurer and the mixed flow rate measurer are interconnected with the corresponding data inputs of the control unit, the control output is interconnected with the flow regulating device. A drainage collector is fit before the controling flow device into the high-sulfur oil (HSO) line, with installed pressure regulator, designed to maintain the pressure on the line of high-sulfur oil of not more than a predetermined value when regulating the flow of sour crude oil swap on mixing and allowing to reset the part of the oil flow into the tank when the pressure regulator is activated. In this case, the control function of maximum pressure value on the high-sulfur oil line is activated in the unit, a control signal is set when reaching the predetermined set point pressure to half-open the pressure regulator valve, wherein a portion of the flow is discharged into the tank, and when the pressure reduces the valve is covered or completely closed. Flow meter is installed on the discharge line of sour crude oil for recording the amount of discharged sour crude oil in the tank when the pressure regulator is activated. The calculating unit of the control unit additionally keeps volume record of oil discharged into the tank when the pressure regulator is activated from the set point pressure at a predetermined maximum value on the line of sour crude oil. Additionally, the operator's room receives sound and light alarm from the control unit when the pressure regulator is activated and the part of the high-sulfur oil flow is reset into the tank.
EFFECT: ensuring maintenance of the set quality level of the compounding oil.
