SUBSTANCE: syringe for holding and mixing first and second substances comprises: a cylinder comprising a closable distal outlet and a vacuum chamber for accommodating a first substance, plunger intended for sealed coupling inside cylinder and made with possibility of axial displacement relative to vacuum chamber, at that, plunger includes chamber-container for placement of second substance; and a valve separating the vacuum chamber inside the cylinder and the reservoir chamber inside the plunger, wherein the valve is designed to establish a fluid connection between the reservoir chamber and the vacuum chamber. Syringe is made so that in the first configuration corresponding to the first fixed axial position of the plunger inside the cylinder, the first substance is held in vacuum conditions in the vacuum chamber, and in second configuration, plunger is detached, and vacuum in vacuum chamber pulls plunger in distal direction so that valve is engaged to provide flow channel between chamber-capacity and vacuum chamber.

EFFECT: present invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a syringe for holding and mixing two substances.
