FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method of artillery system barrel bore protection comprises the protection of muzzle part in the form of air curtain created by airflow directed to said muzzle. Air is fed from object source or independent source in pipe via nozzles of ejectors into barrel bore or in nozzle adapter behind the muzzle. All assembly units and parts are arranged at artillery system swinging part.
EFFECT: ruled out ingress of dust, sand and water at fire and on the move.
